Terms and Conditions of membership:
- You are obliged:
to your attitudes, your behaviors, your words, and your writings which must always be in harmony with the principles of « Bienvenue à la Maison » to respect others, the sharing, the “savoir-vivre”, honesty, friendliness and relation simplicity;
to respect the privacy of the members, to not to communicate personal information of those who you have made an acquaintance: their name, email, telephone number, addresses…;
to update your announcement(s);
to reply promptly to the requests of a home exchange, of hospitality invitations or of lending of lodging of the members, that your response be favorable or unfavorable;
to that your announcement(s) reflect the reality of the benefits that you propose; You forbid all false declarations or information;
to respect the possessions of the other members and to take responsibility of reparations of the harm of which you could be responsible;
to respect the national laws of your country of origin and the ones of the country you will visit;
to take out insurance, that covers the damages that you or your accompany could cause, to the belongings and/or to the other members, to the opportunity of the home exchanges, of hospitality invitations, of the lending of lodgings or housings. In case of a disaster, if your insurance consists of a fee, you are obliged to regulate this fee;
- You are obliged:
to not use this site for illegal operations, for commercial ends (without the previous agreement of its owner), and to not to ask for financial compensations for the benefits that you propose to the members in the framework of the home exchanges, hospitality invitations, or lending of lodgings;
to not abuse the services and benefits that are offered to you by other members;
to not restrict by some means the usage of the site « Bienvenue à la Maison », to not falsify any mention or element of this site;
to not introduce yourself in the computer system of the site, to not alter the content, or to commit one of the many offences repressed by the articles 323-1 to 323-7 of the French Penal Code (“hacking”), to not proceed sending non-solicited messages to the mailboxes of the other net surfers (“Spamming”).
- Your or your announcements:
must not include any personal elements in order to protect your private life (addresses, telephone number, email addresses, name…) if you choose to provide information about yourself, you assume the full responsibility and notably the fact that you will receive undesirable messages (Spam);
